I know I complain a lot about what a difficult child Hudson is but we love him so much. He is crazy and wild and into everything but he is so fun right now. My favorite stage of toddler-dom is the learning-to-talk stage. We spend all day laughing at the things he says that are so cute and once we find a new phrase we make him repeat it over and over. He has the best manners and says please and thank you for everyone. He also greets every single person at the store and asks "whats that?" for everything as well. Here are some of the cute things he says.
Every time we take a corner in the car he yells "WOO HOO!!! YAY Mommy!!"
When I find him with something he's not supposed to have he hands it to me and says "OK hee go. Thank you."
"You seeyus Dude?" (are you serious dude?)
"Oh, that's AWESOME"
"Why? I'll die?" (when I tell him to stop climbing or jumping off something.)
"Oh, cu-ute" - mostly directed towards Brynn or her dolls
"Oh this is good GOOD!" -eating anything
Whenever I tell the kids to get ready to leave: "Mom. Wab?" (he always thinks we're going to the lab. He loves it because they have an alhambra water thing that he always makes a big mess with)
Everytime he's about to get in trouble he starts crying "Mommy I hab owies" (Liar!)
When I drop Bryson off at school: "Mommy. No Huddy go nigh-nigh." (he knows he goes straight to bed when we get home)
"I-self" - for just about everything
"Mom. Where Dad? Wolk? Fowmoos?" (he thinks Tanner's always seeing farmers)
At bed time: "Night Mom. I seep Bysie moom." (can't wait till he can sleep in Bryson's room)
"Yub you!" (Hudson tells us a million times a day how much he loves us)
"Soddy" (sorry)
If I don't answer to "Mom" in a millisecond he starts yelling "Gosh! Kim!!!"
"Pee-ee peas" (pretty please!!!) "Geels" (girls)
"Dats gushing" (that's disgusting)
"See-yull" or "EE-meal" (cereal or oatmeal - says this before anything else when he wakes up)
And if you preface everything with Mom or Dude you've got Huds own little vocabulary.
